System Engineer Intern [IDA:00022]
Your tasks
A. System & Data Support
- Assist in system configuration, setup, and documentation
- Support dataset preparation, validation, and basic analysis
- Help monitor and track system issues, bugs, or inconsistencies
B. Process Improvement
- Identify repetitive/manual tasks and suggest improvements
- Support automation initiatives (e.g., scripts, templates, simple tools)
- Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
C. Documentation
- Create and update technical documents, guidelines, and reports
- Maintain proper version control and documentation structure
- Support preparation of customer-facing or internal reports
D. Testing & Validation
- Assist in system testing (functional / regression testing)
- Record test results and highlight discrepancies
- Support troubleshooting with guidance from engineers
E. Cross-functional Support
- Work with different teams (e.g., design, quality, project team)
Your profile
A. Education
- Diploma / Degree in: Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Systems / Industrial/ Computer Science / IT / Data-related fields)
B. Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts or system workflows
- Familiar with Excel (must), knowledge of Python / scripting is a plus
- Exposure to data handling or simple automation tools is an advantage
C. Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented (important to reduce human error)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to follow structured processes and instructions
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
D. Other Requirements
- Able to commit for at least X months (e.g., 3–6 months)
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
