System Engineer Intern [IDA:00022]

A. System & Data Support

Assist in system configuration, setup, and documentation
Support dataset preparation, validation, and basic analysis
Help monitor and track system issues, bugs, or inconsistencies

B. Process Improvement

Identify repetitive/manual tasks and suggest improvements
Support automation initiatives (e.g., scripts, templates, simple tools)
Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)

C. Documentation

Create and update technical documents, guidelines, and reports
Maintain proper version control and documentation structure
Support preparation of customer-facing or internal reports

D. Testing & Validation

Assist in system testing (functional / regression testing)
Record test results and highlight discrepancies
Support troubleshooting with guidance from engineers

E. Cross-functional Support

Work with different teams (e.g., design, quality, project team)

A. Education

Diploma / Degree in: Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Systems / Industrial/ Computer Science / IT / Data-related fields)

B. Technical Skills

Basic understanding of engineering concepts or system workflows
Familiar with Excel (must), knowledge of Python / scripting is a plus
Exposure to data handling or simple automation tools is an advantage

C. Soft Skills

Detail-oriented (important to reduce human error)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to follow structured processes and instructions
Good communication skills (written & verbal)

D. Other Requirements

Able to commit for at least X months (e.g., 3–6 months)
Self-motivated and willing to learn
