Senior Cloud Developer - Business Systems-TN_202511_039

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (7–10 years) who can contribute across both back-end and front-end development. This role is ideal for someone who has strong fundamentals in core Java, deep experience in Spring Boot microservices, and hands-on expertise in modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS or Angular. You should be comfortable working in a cloud-native environment and have solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, front-end and back-end engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based microservices built with Spring Boot.
• Build scalable and maintainable cloud-native applications.
• Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code across both back-end and front-end layers.
• Work with SQL(mssql), or NoSQL(mongoDB) databases to design efficient data structures and queries.
• Collaborate with the team to improve architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and design discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

Back-End Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot and micro-service architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-native development (Any of these: AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-to-service communication.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to analyse slogs to identify critical issues in large‑scale production environments.
• Fair knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Front-End Expertise

• Strong experience in JavaScript and modern JS frameworks.
• Proficiency in ReactJS or Angular.
• Strong understanding of front-end design principles, state management, and responsive UI development.

General Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a deep understanding of engineering best practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Good to Have

• Experience in performance tuning and optimizing both UI and APIs.
• Good know‑how of Jira or similar project management tools, Git ecosystem, and version control best practices.
• Experience using tools like Datadog or equivalent for log analysis and monitoring.
