Intercompany Team Leader

The Intercompany Team Leader is responsible for All North America Automotive Legal Entities to ensure the ICO collection and payment processes are reliable and accomplish with the Company's Policies, legal guidelines, and tax requirements through accounting activities and processes in a timely and correct manner, as well as ensure overdue invoices are escalated on time to avoid losses in our P&L.

• Approval of ICO credit and debit notes.
• Calculation  of the Forecast and Budget for ICO Non-Financial  items.     
• Prepare Fire Notes when needed.     
• Ensure Fire Matching ICO Balances with counterparty and  avoid validation errors.       
• Prepare In cashflow per legal entity.      
• Lead Team Projects and improve processes.        
• Ensure the Team performs the following activities correctly and on time:    
  • Intercompany Receivables and payables monthly process.
  • Elites control.
  • Collection  and payments of loans and Cash pool  interests.
  • MEC  Balances Confirmation  in System (ICR.).
  • ICO in Transit booking.
  • Netting process.
  • TX Matching Tool  process.
  • Equalization invoices control.
  • R&D and SHS invoices control.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administrative or Business.
• Professional experience at least 5 years at Accounting, Finance or Controlling area.
• Knowledge of Accounting, Audit and Taxes.
• Experience leading at least 4 analysts.
• Excellent skills in Excel and SAP.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English.
