Internship for HR Team (TM)
Your tasks
This position is ideal for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, learn the foundations of HR operations, and collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling;
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience;
- Support employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts, career page updates, and participation in university events;
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards;
- Contribute to HR projects in areas like learning & development, employee engagement, and internal communications;
- Help organize HR events, workshops, and team activities;
- Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team depending on business needs;
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
- Strong interest in recruiting and HR topics;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism;
- Good command of MS Office; experience with HR tools is a plus;
- Fluent in English.
