Spare Parts Planner (Fixed - Term Contract)

• Supporting negotiations and communication with external suppliers.
• Tracking and following up on purchase orders.
• Tracking delivery times, orders, and conditions.
• Supporting the Warehouse and Maintenance Teams with material-related problems and issues.
• Supporting SAP-related issues, changes, and material optimization.
• Supporting supplier service agreements and contracts.
• Analyzing trends in consumables and preparing regular reports.

• Higher education in business, logistics or any other related field.
• Planning, forecasting, reporting skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Good Microsoft Office Skills.
• Lithuanian – native language, English – fluent.
