SW Test & Integration Engineer Intern — Road Model & Traffic Participants
Your tasks
In this role, you will support the integration, testing, and validation of road model and traffic participant software components used in advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving systems. You will contribute to software quality and performance through integration activities, automated testing, KPI monitoring, and issue analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate road model and traffic participant components with upstream/downstream modules; manage interfaces and data flow
- Own KPI definition and automation; instrument metrics and dashboards
- Plan and execute L3 scenario-based testing; track coverage and pass/fail
- Ensure QAC/MISRA compliance; manage static analysis gates
- Develop unit and integration tests; enforce in CI/CD
- Analyze recordings/logs; triage issues and drive fixes
Your profile
- Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university for at least another 12 months
- Hands-on C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.)
- Understanding of road modeling and traffic participant tracking (object detection, classification, trajectory estimation)
- Familiarity with calculus and numerical methods
- Experience with SW integration, testing frameworks, KPIs, and QAC/static analysis
- Conversational-level English
