Software Engineer

SW Engineer is the main responsible of software development in the project. He/she needs to analyze and check the feasibility of customer requirement, perform code change, review and necessary test, make sure the SW delivery with quality and on time, communicate with all stakeholders to solve the project issue. 

- Analysis and feasibility check of customer requirement

- Creation of internal requirement document according to customer requirement

- Ensure consistency & traceability of customer requirements to internal requirements

- Requirement clarification and communication with implementer in worldwide location

'- SW Component design and code implementation according to internal requirement

- Good collaboration with other SW modules' developers during development (like interface confirmation, cross model issue solving)

- Perform code review, SW unit test & bench test.

- Perform Software Release procedure with Conti toolchain to guarantee SW quality

'- Good analysis and trouble shooting capability for issues reported from customer, tester and peer SW developers

- Capable of English speaking and World Wide technical communication with other SW developers during trouble shooting

- Having overview of SW architecture, can identify issue related SW modules and lead corresponding developers to fix the issue

- Ensure timely issue fix and catch up the SW delivery time

- Issue lesson learnt, documentation and sharing to others

'- Software configuration management during development, including code file version management, documents management, SW milestone etc.

- Follow SPRINT, A-SPICE, Conti quality process

- Initiatively improve local development process

1. At least Bachelor in Software Engineering,Computer science, EE Engineering or related areas (Advanced C programming skill and experience, implementation on BUS/DIA are preferred.)

2. 2+ years Embedded Software Development experience in the automotive industry, (preferred with Brake and Chassis experience), familiar with development tool chains, such as Vector tools, PTC, Github is preferred, Basic English

3. Knowledge of Electronic Brake control system(ABS/ESP/ESC/e-booster/EPB etc.), vehicle development or vehicle ECU product development knowhow are preferred.

4. Knowledge of A-SPICE, Agile development(sprint/scrum etc.) process are preferred.

5. Good intercultural competence and willingness to work in international team is preferred.

6. Experience with Flash loader/bootloader/OTA is preferred.
