Mandatory Internship - Global Sales Office
Your tasks
We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) in our Global Sales Office from September 2026 for at least 6 months at our location in Lindau (Germany).
- Analyze global sales and business data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and management presentations
- Support data-driven decision-making through regular and ad-hoc analyses for sales planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Global Sales Office processes and support the development of automation concepts
- Leverage Microsoft 365 tools, Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-based solutions to explore innovative approaches for improving business processes
- Explore innovative approaches such as AI agents and "Vibe Coding" to improve business processes within company policy framework
- Coordinate planning, organization, and follow-up of global sales meetings, including preparation of materials and documentation of key outcomes
Your profile
You are wondering whether you are a good fit for the Mandatory Internship - Global Sales Office? Here are some key qualifications, we are looking for:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following or related fields: Business Intelligence, or Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science, Digital Business Management or Economics or a similar field of study
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization
- First experience with data analysis and reporting concepts
- Ability to work with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, or internal tools preferrable
- Fluent english language skills (written and spoken) are absolutely essential for us
In addition to these technical qualificatons, we are also looking for certain characteristics and abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and structured working style
- Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI technologies
