Process Engineer

• Responsible for process development.
• Contact with suppliers for the acquisition of new equipment.
• Conduct capability studies for processes such as screwing, heat staking, riveting, press machines, milling, etc.
• Update and upgrade existing equipment.
• Perform data analysis and define actions to improve capacity, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment digitalization.
• Provide support to maintenance, quality, continuous improvement and other teams.
• Support all customer and system audits.
• Manage teams involved in DoE (Design of Experiments) and process digitalization projects.
• Support SFMS activities, mainly problem-solving, data analysis, and supplier interfacing.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI tools.
• Knowledge of Quality tools (A3, 8D, DoE, etc.) for problem-solving approaches.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and methodological skills.
• Proactive mindset in data analysis and problem solving.
