Innovation Project Management Intern [IDA: 00024]

Strategic Innovation & Analysis:

• Research and analyze how project outcomes contribute to the broader business strategy and market positioning.
• Conduct "gap analysis" and trend research to propose innovative features, or new technologies that could enhance project ROI.

Project Governance & Operational Support:

• Directly support Project Managers in the end-to-end delivery of innovation projects.
• Maintain high standards of "Jira Hygiene"—ensuring tickets are accurately updated and technical blockers are documented.
• Responsible for drafting professional meeting minutes, decision logs, and status reports.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is highly advantageous.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal) with the ability to write concise, professional minutes and reports.
