最初は社内ITインフラの構築・運用を担当し、ネットワーク、サーバー、セキュリティの安定稼働を確保してもらいます。
将来的にはグローバルな人材として海外拠点と協力しITインフラのクラウド移行を推進し、ハイブリッド環境の最適化や運用自動化を実現してもらいます。
Initially, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the internal IT infrastructure, ensuring the stable operation of networks, servers, and security systems.
In the future, as a global IT professional, you will collaborate with overseas offices to drive the migration of IT infrastructure to the cloud, optimize hybrid environments, and implement operational automation.

Required skills
- OS（Windows/Linux）の基礎理解
- PCセットアップ、パスワードリセット、プリンタ・ネットワーク接続対応
- 簡単な手順書や報告書の作成
- ウイルス対策やパッチ適用の基本理解
- Microsoft 365の基本操作
- 日本語での対応、英語習得の意欲
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows / Linux)
- PC setup and user support, including password resets and printer/network connectivity troubleshooting
- Ability to create simple operation manuals and reports
- Basic understanding of antivirus measures and patch management
- Basic operational knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and strong motivation to learn and improve English skills
