ESS Changshu_Testing lab Team Leader

1-Coordinate the professional activities of the team in line with the group and BU strategy and expectations, quality standards, process requirements and the defined timeline.
2-Is recognized in his team as a specialist in his area and tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of his team members.
3-Main responsibilities consist in activities that combines analytic and planning competences in order to perform Airspring tests, evaluate test results and provide test reports with corresponding risk assessments.

1-Education / Certification: University degree within area specific technical background.

2-Professional Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant professional experience in the technical/ business field of the  team he/she is responsible for.

3-Project and / or Process Experience: Overview of the system's components and processes he/she is responsible for.

4-Leadership Experience: At least 1 year experience in coordinating technical activities.

5-Good English skill
