Your tasks
Are you passionate about people development and learning?
Join AUMOVIO's Talent Management & Organisational Development (TMOD) team and gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Support learning and development programmes, including training coordination and administration
- Manage training logistics, registrations, schedules, and learning records
- Assist in onboarding activities and support new hire integration
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders
- Support talent management and organisational development initiatives
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Communications, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and HR projects
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Willing to learn and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams)
