ESS Changshu_SE Technical Project Leader

▪ Technical leadership of project team members (IPT team with discipline PMs - SW,ECU,TEST)
▪ Coordination of component development for an electronic chassis suspension system in passenger cars in respect to customer requirements, internal system and quality standards, cost targets and timing goals.
Development of Air Suspension Systems in the Competence Center Systems & Functions

internal: Project Management, System and SW developers (including test areas, vehicle  dynamics, development areas in Sibiu and regions), Quality engineers

external: Customer (OEM), Supplier, Development partners

▪ Technical communication with project groups in ESS, plant, customer and supplier, delivery customer requirements to IPT team, delivert SW to customer
▪ Project tracking and report of technical project status, ESS system issue analysis
▪ Estimation of technical risks
▪ Delivery ESS system solutions to customer

▪ Knowledge of standard processes (V-model)
▪ Knowledge of AUTOMOTIVE SPICE
▪ Knowledge of system components process life cycle (PLC) 
▪ System release owner, review & release of development results/parts
▪ Assistance for optimization of development processes used in CC Systems&Functions

▪ Collection of external (supplier) costs & estimation of internal efforts (personal resources, prototypes, licenses, ... )
▪ Creation and update of project time schedule (technical issues)
▪ Tracking of schedule tasks
▪ Find agreement with customer for development timing

1-Deep knowledge in air suspension system and system design

2-Knowlege of the software development processes in the automotive industry (example: V-model, ASPICE)

3-Basic knowledge of functional safety, cyber security, could analysis customer requirements

4-Basic knowledge of ECU testing (EMC, ET, ENV), could analysis customer requirements

5-English language fluent in spoken and written

6-Team-minded and capability to coordinate with development teams

7-Self-consistent organisation of project-development

8-Good and fast comprehension of technical issues analysis and report
