ESS_Changshu_ME Technical Project Leader

Technical project management：

▪ coordination of development activities
▪ core team member for internal interfaces
▪ preparation/update of development schedules and adjustment with the master schedule
▪ definition of the technical project milestones
▪ responsibility for complying with the schedule in the respective project phases
▪ responsibility for the preparation of the necessary documentation for project milestones and reviews (incl. releases)
• coordination for customer returns (long run) up to MLC70
• evaluation of change requests (ECR + EWK determination)

Legal Compliance：

▪  To respect the law regarding work and security aspects according to the actual legal legislation (see annex to job profile) and also the Internal Rules, specific Health&Safety working instructions and the operational procedures and working instructions related to OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) Management System.  
▪  Proceed with responsibility towards environment and energy efficiency, in conformity with applicable legal requirements and other requirements, in conformity with internal requirements included in the quality, environment, safety and health, and energy manual, internal procedures and operating instructions.
▪  To respect the law regarding fire prevention according to the actual legal legislation (see annex to job profile) and also the general and specific instructions related to fire prevention and responsive capacity.

Coordination of team members：

▪ support/monitoring of team members for the project he is responsible for
▪ functional authority towards team members…

Development activities：

▪ preparation and maintenence of specifications based on customer specifications/customer requirements
▪ definition of the calculation and simulation ranges... 
▪ air spring and air spring bellow design
▪ responsibility for the project specific air spring bellow development (in close cooperation with the basic development)
▪ preparation of package studies for the determination of the available spaces
▪ independent constructive elaboration of the module components under constant regard of the boundary conditions set with the design
▪ participation in the module development or in the detailing of construction characteristics.
▪ performing DRBFM discussions
▪ participation to FMEA discussions

Acquisition：

▪ estimation/determination of development costs incl. preparation of the service interface agreement 
▪ coordination of acquisition development activities to ensure customer requirements are met  acc. to defined internal guidelines

Supplier management：
▪ responsibility for the preparation of supplier specifications...
▪ supports and monitors responsible persons for modules for the supplier mangement…

 Quality assurance/ Process improvement/ Optimization/ Innovation：

▪ Responsible for implementing working procedures in order to meet quality standards.
▪ Ensures quality and time delivery of results within the agreed framework by monitoring regulary the status of the tasks
▪ Is involved and takes measures in case of escalation from Quality Manager/ Discipline Project Manager or Project Manager with the supervision of the direct superior
▪ Responsible to ensure process improvements in his/her area of expertise, processes, procedures
▪ Creates an inovation culture, by facilitating knowledge sharing within his/her team
▪Contributes to improvement programs at location/ BU level, when requested

Supervision of the start of series production：

▪ coordination for field returns up to MLC80
▪ participation to initial discussions in plant
▪ support / accompaniment for the initial assembly in the series production

Reporting & Escalation：

Prepare and submit requested reports according to department's/location processes.  
▪ Deliver Internal and external presentation regarding the results of the projects/ activities
▪ Escalate project /administrative issues to his / her superior which need need higher management decision/ approval/ review (e.g. fluctuation risk, project issues, technical problems)

Safety policy ：

▪ For safety relevant projects: the related tasks will be fulfilled according to the internal Safety Management Procedure/ Methodes
▪ Control safety criteria in own area of responsibility. Develop, introduce and drive measures in order to avoid safety cases

Education / Certification:University degree within area specific technical background ;

Professional Experience:3 - 5 years experiences in the automotive supplier industry；

Project and/or Process :at least one successfully completed project as product responsible person for module in ESS ASM;

Intercultural / International Experience:Good knowledge of English language and working experience in international team/ projects
