Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and support for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and production line operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on First Pass Yields (FPY), tester efficiency, and equipment stability
- Manage spare parts inventory and execute preventive maintenance programs for test machines and fixtures

Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics and communication
- Experience with First Pass Yield (FPY) optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of production line operations and test fixture maitenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities for maintenance activities and equipment performance tracking
