Service Owner – Copilot M365 - IT (TM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Owner for M365 to join our global team. In this role you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Copilot M365 as a managed service, ensuring governance, compliance, and continuous adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the Copilot M365 service strategy, governance framework, and operational model.
Drive evergreen change management, including communication plans, training, and adoption programs.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
Monitor service performance, usage trends, and user satisfaction; implement improvements.
Act as the primary point of accountability for stakeholders and escalation management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI-driven productivity tools.
Proven experience in service ownership or IT service management for enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
Familiarity with client & server operating systems and network fundamentals.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize collaboration platforms.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365.
Experience managing external service providers.

Strong coordination and presentation abilities.
Ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining timely and cost-effective solutions.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly motivated to work in a challenging, global, multicultural team.
