Senior Legal Counsel (TM)

Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiation and amendments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Assist in developing templates, guidelines, and best practices for contract management.
Utilize legal technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and analyze legal risks, developing and implementing solutions to avoid, limit, or secure them
Provide legal and business advice necessary to support all company business areas and corporate functions with daily operations
Collaborate closely with the regional and global law department members and members of the company’s other functions to find solutions to implement the strategy of the company.

Academic degree in law, preferable a fully qualified lawyer or legal counsel.
Minimum 2 years experience in commercial law, preferably within an international environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial law and international business law.
Superior contract drafting and negotiation abilities, preferably with strong experiences in an international environment.
Capability to standardize purchasing and sales terms, and conditions.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions.
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
German language is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Structured and analytical thinking.
