QMPP-C Customer Quality Engineer

Communicate Field and 0 Mileage issues to all the organization.
Register and keep all the documentation updated related to the Customer Issues.
Customer meetings to inform about parts analysis and Problem Solving follow up.
Corrective actions follow up and if needed escalation be able to create reports and presentations to get the Management support and remove blocking points.
B2B Portals check on a daily basis. (GM, Ford...)
Negotiate / Dispute no conformities related to Customer process.
Warranty / field data analysis and follow up.
Root cause analysis for Customer Issues, coordinate and be part of a multidisciplinary team for 8Ds responses.
External Sorting coordination with Customer Service Engineers at customer facilities.
