Supplier Quality Engineer

• As SQM engineer must apply self leadership to complete all the SQM activities. Introduce and maintain High quality standards at supplier side and to ensure the requested requirements in the supplied parts and services.
• Execute the consequent supplier management activities to solve any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects) Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meet the defined quality requirements.
• Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPIs) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated; Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System.
• Create and Support the continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs; Create and lead internal improvement projects.
• Implement the preferred supplier and component strategy; Initiate, lead and drive supplier improvement programs; Define targets and control measures with the supplier in alignment with the CA SQM business and quality targets.
• Vendor charge back, to do the Recovery of non-quality costs with supplier and all charges incurred.
• Comply with the Quality Management System guidelines. Implement changes in internal procedures. Propose changes in Corporative procedures, quality improve project.
• Contribute to the supplier quality related report in the plant.

• Bachelor degree in engineering - Quality, mechanical, electrical, chemical or electronic
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in automotive business Minimum 3 year experience in Quality Automotive in SQM.
