Your tasks
Are you a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join our Industrial Engineering team and contribute to projects that improve production efficiency, optimize processes, and support operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support Industrial Engineering activities within the production area;
- Participate in process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Assist in collecting and evaluating production data and performance indicators;
- Support the development and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and layouts;
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes, equipment, and improvement projects;
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
Your profile
Your Profile:
- Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics;
- Interest in manufacturing processes and Industrial Engineering;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- English language skills at an intermediate level or higher;
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
- Availability to work full-time (8 hours/ day) during weekdays, with a schedule aligned to production and business needs.
