Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Lead and Co Ordinator for LPA / LL / QMS / SPS

Your tasks

  1. Monitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs, driving systematic improvement actions.
  2. Lead QMS audits (process, product, internal) and ensure effective closure of findings.
  3. Standardize and govern quality processes, procedures, and documentation across the plant.
  4. Maintain and continuously update PFMEA, Control Plans, and quality standards with a prevention-focused approach.
  5. Ensure robust change management (ECN/ECR) with proper quality validation and risk assessment.
  6. Drive structured problem solving (8D) with strong focus on root cause identification and effectiveness validation.
  7. Ensure zero-defect mindset through preventive quality tools and systematic process control.
  8. Establish and manage a structured Lessons Learned (LL) system across the plant.
  9. Ensure mandatory integration of Lessons Learned into PFMEA, Control Plans, and future projects.
  10. Drive cross-project and cross-line deployment (horizontal deployment) of Lessons Learned.
  11. Monitor effectiveness of Lessons Learned and ensure non-recurrence of issues.
  12. Support and lead customer and certification audits, demonstrating QMS robustness and maturity.
  13. Act as key QMS and Lessons Learned interface between plant, projects, and central functions.
  14. Drive continuous improvement culture through standardization, knowledge sharing, and preventive quality practices.

Your profile

  • Relevant 8 to 10 years of Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management Preferably in Automotive Industry.
  • Knowledge in automotive products and Quality Requirements
  • Strong Analytical, Communication and Presentation Skills
  • IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification 
  • VDA 6.3 Auditor Certification (Recommended )  
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or related field;
