JIC PUR ReDTC Manager

Your tasks

We are looking for a highly driven and innovative (Re)DTC Manager to strengthen our SAM Purchasing Excellence team. What you will do:

  • Come up with and develop ideas on how to reduce material costs by improving design, materials or concepts.
  • Work closely with R&D, SQM, Engineering, PM and suppliers to explore solutions and shape them into feasible projects.
  • Evaluate ideas through business cases and focus on those that bring the biggest impact fast.
  • Keep projects moving: remove blockers, align teams and make sure promising ideas don’t get stuck.
  • Improve how we work — from reporting to processes — by spotting gaps and suggesting smarter approaches.
  • Lead regular ReDTC reviews and communicate progress and results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support management with reporting and follow‑up activities.
  • Escalate issues early and prepare fallback options to secure yearly savings targets.
