New Product Launch Manager (NPLM)

• RFI/RFQ에 대한 타당성 검토 수행
• 신규 프로젝트 Launch 관리 (Plant 기준)
  (신제품: 일정, 예산, 프로세스, 개선, 변경관리 포함) 
• Project Team과 Plant Operation 팀 간의 Pro-active interface 및 Coordinator 역할 수행 
• 신규 프로젝트 관련 이슈 Tracking 및 모니터링
• 신규 프로젝트 Launch 관련 Management 보고 및 Escalation (필요 시)
• DFM (Design for Manufacturing) 및 Run@Rate 수행 및 관리
• eLSR Tool을 통한 신규 프로젝트 Launch Status 입력 관리
• SLI (신규 프로젝트 KPI) 및 ODCL (Operation Deliverables Check List)  입력 관리
• 신규 프로젝트 NPL-M 할당 Task 수행
• Gate Review 및 Release 미팅 참석 및 수행

[필수요건]
• 공학(기계, 전자 등) 유관 학사 이상의 학위 보유자  
• 영어 회화 및 작문 능통자
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 또는 유사 Tool 사용 경험 우대
• 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자

[우대사항]
• 커뮤니케이션 및 협상 스킬 우수자
