Specialist/ Lead QMPP

Your tasks

- Create and track quality production performance and KPIs like non-conformance costs, first pass yield, internal rejects, Jidoka stops, analysis time and statistical process control and define countermeasures in case of deviations, build quality reports;

- Conduct production audits and support customer audits;

- Create and maintain control plan for launch and series;

- Perform product audit and requalification;

- Maintain product and production documentation e.g. part history.

- Plan and perform quality activities for changes in production, e.g. Control Plan, PPAP, support and reverse P-FMEA;

- Define release criteria for production related changes;

- Track, release and document change implementation in production, e.g. product life cycle history

- Management of PPAP process for serial release of product for internal customer in case of intercompany business.

- Support development team in regards to production quality topics during product launch and PPAP (e.g. traceability, PPAP readiness, lessons learned).

- Support QMP during creation of warranty concept;

- Support QMPP customer for complaint management towards customer and CQTS handling.

- Support risk assessment;

- Implement countermeasures and corrective actions for non-conforming parts;

- Blocking and releasing of non-conforming parts.

- Perform Structured Problem Solving in case of production issues;

- Tracking of internal supplier issues if applicable

- Tracking of Internal Defect Rate, First Pass Yield.

- PPAP (readiness, customer PPAP plan, PPAP documentation).

- Perform product launch activities, e.g. Safe Launch, line release audit

Your profile

Candidate should have 6-10 years  of work experience in automotive area or quality management highly recommended (best case min. 2 years);  Knowledge in quality management and production management preferred; Technical degree or technical school or equivalent
