QMPP-C Customer Quality Engineer

Your tasks

  • Communicate Field and 0 Mileage issues to all the organization. 
  • Register and keep all the documentation updated related to the Customer Issues. 
  • Customer meetings to inform about parts analysis and Problem Solving follow up. 
  • Corrective actions follow up and if needed escalation be able to create reports and presentations to get the Management support and remove blocking points. 
  • B2B Portals check on a daily basis. (GM, Ford...)  
  • Negotiate / Dispute no conformities related to Customer process. 
  • Warranty / field data analysis and follow up. 
  • Root cause analysis for Customer Issues, coordinate and be part of a multidisciplinary team for 8Ds responses. 
  • External Sorting coordination with Customer Service Engineers at customer facilities.
