ME Test Engineer

Your tasks

Testing:

▪ Coordinate test tasks with design department
▪ Mechanical Testing
▪ All kind of testing (e.g: Leakage testing, Destructive testing, Prototype measurements, Shape Measurements, Roughness Measurements, Spring characteristic, Sinusoidal Vibration, Random Vibration, Sine-on-Random Vibration, Mechanical shock, Resonance tests)

Reporting:

▪ Create test reports and presentations for customers
▪ Record mechanical measurement data and analyze the results
▪ Analyse technical customer specifications and reliability standards▪ Prototype assembly (if the case)

Prototyping:
▪ Prototype assembly (if the case)
▪ Prototype development - part or subassembly (if the case)

Process:

▪  Write and improve work instructions and procedures related to the responsibilities and working area

Presentations:

▪  Participation in project teams (provide test requirement information based on reliability know-how)

Planning:

▪ Planning, start-up, maintenance and calibration of test equipment
▪ Independent test planning and execution

Maintenance:

▪ Maintain specifications
▪ Cooperation with foreign development locations
▪ Coordinate calibration and maintenance activities for the laboratory test equipment

Legal Compliance:

▪  To respect the law regarding work and security aspects according to the actual legal legislation (see annex to job profile) and also the Internal Rules, specific Health&Safety working instructions and the operational procedures and working instructions related to OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) Management System. 
▪  Proceed with responsibility towards environment and energy efficiency, in conformity with applicable legal requirements and other requirements, in conformity with internal requirements included in the quality, environment, safety and health, and energy manual, internal procedures and operating instructions.
▪  To respect the law regarding fire prevention according to the actual legal legislation (see annex to job profile) and also the general and specific instructions related to fire prevention and responsive capacity.
