• Coordinate with Engineering Functional Areas, ensuring collaboration and alignment with transformation goals.
• Develop and empower people by promoting learning and supporting skills in transformation and change management processes.
• Inspire the organization with a clear vision, minimizing barriers and enabling effective transformation.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators to measure transformation impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Training in Lean methodologies and other relevant areas.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience leading organizational transformations.
• Proven ability to influence and inspire across all organizational levels.
• Excellent decision-making and change management skills.
• Strong focus on collaboration and achieving measurable results.
