AI Engineer

• Research and understand the principles and applications of Generative AI
• Develop AI Agents using LLM frameworks and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) structures with tools such as Langflow/Langchain
• Build AI solutions using Python with common AI/ML/Automation libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, FastAPI, selenium
• Support internal business workflows by identifying new automation opportunities
• Support currently implemented automation projects and workflows
• Build and maintain API pipelines (Flask, FastAPI)
• Support the assessment and integration of external AI software solutions to enhance business processes

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar Engineering field
• At least 2 years of experience implementing AI and automation solutions (automotive or consumer electronics industry experience is a plus)
• Strong Python programming skills with software engineering focus
• Proficiency with Generative AI models, Agentic AI deployment, and RAG structures using tools such as Langflow/Langchain
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)
• Professional-level English and Portuguese language skills
• Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
