Your tasks

We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) starting in February/March to write a thesis in the field of “Comprehensive Evaluation of AI Adoption and Enhancement of AI Competence through a Corporate Learning Initiative.” As part of your thesis, we offer you the attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand theoretically acquired knowledge with various practical aspects. You will work closely with our team and gain insights into exciting projects and processes.

The following activities are the focus:

  • Conduct a comprehensive literature review on the role of AI literacy and AI adoption initiatives, with a special focus on corporate environments.
  • Design surveys and metrics to assess Aumovio SE’s current AI upskilling initiatives.
  • Develop a strategic framework and an evaluation model for future AI upskilling programs, including improved KPIs and success metrics.
  • Identify best practices for corporate learning activities to increase AI adoption and AI literacy.
  • Provide empirical insights on the effectiveness of training initiatives to increase AI adoption and AI literacy.
  • Derive a practical roadmap for increasing AI adoption and AI literacy within the workforce.

Your profile

  • Enrolled in a Master’s program in Computational Engineering, IT, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, or related fields
  • Interest in interdisciplinary work, e.g., combined with Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Interest in AI tools, corporate learning, and digital transformation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong research mindset for literature review and benchmarking
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is helpful.
  • Enjoy communication, planning, and organizational tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility
