工作职责
An EPM drives and tracks the application projects and lE teams in the Industrial Engineering departments and ensures the integration of the strategic action fields. EPM is the direct interface between IE and other functions in project (NPL, SCM, PUR, SQM, Prod, Q, R&D).
- Planning and development of Equipment/Line according requirements of quality, costs, timing, and local benefits
- Tracking & escalation of new equipment projects in Region
- Driving application of existing standards for application projects in his/ her project

Customer, BU and Operations Organization:
- Knows existing processes and rules and internal escalation and decision-making structures
- Knows the methods, tools and contact persons for managing the project in operations
- Knows existing processes and requirements from the customer

Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of the existing UX standard manufacturing concept/standard modules/equipments/lines
- Development process of new standards
- Development process of new machines / lines
Quality Knowledge
- Knowledge of key quality indicators (FPY, 0-km ppm, Field PPM, warranty, scrap ratio),
- Quality tools and methods for problem analysis, solving (fishbone analysis, 5 Why, etc.)
- Process improvement tool (Yotoken)
Staff Management
- Delegation of tasks to the team members
- Team work, intercultural skills
Change Management and Problem Resolution Management
- Estimate the impact of changes in requirements in time, cost and technical functions within operations.
- Support the implementation of changes following rules and keeping stakeholders up to date
- Drive processes in plant to have in time resolutions
Project Management
- Knowledge about Project Management procedures, including, methods and tools, risk management, escalation management
- Knowledge about planning and reporting tools and methods
- Knowledge about customer & supplier management
Communications
- Networking with other experts locations and technical communities.
