Line Leader

• Responsible for volume and quality in the production of electronic components with the team of operators, according to schedule and targets.
• Responsible for supporting the Shift Leader in activities of production management, deviation management, and line staff.
• Ensuring that the finished goods are manufactured in the right quantities, according to the production schedule.
• Recording deviations in the action plan.
• Ensuring that necessary quality checks are being performed at the beginning of the shift in your area of responsibility.
• Training and coaching operators on the standard work of the workplaces (on the job training).

• Relevant working experience on the shop floor.
• Leadership/Team work coordination experience.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Good English skills (writing, reading, and speaking).
