High Voltage Senior Product Technical Manager 资深高压产品技术经理（芜湖）

1. Define and maintain the technical product concept, requirements baseline, interfaces and development scope for high-voltage products
2. Translate customer and portfolio requirements into feasible engineering targets, technical work packages and product deliverables
3. Align technical assumptions, constraints, risks and open points with project management, product management and discipline leads
4. Support platform reuse, variant and technology decisions with technical feasibility and impact assessments
5. Ensure technical planning is consistent with product lifecycle gates, quality targets, timing, cost and resource constraints
6. Lead technical alignment across system, hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, safety, validation, quality and manufacturing disciplines
7.  Balance customer-specific needs with platform strategy, standardization, manufacturability and long-term product competitiveness

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering or comparable qualification
2. At least 8 years of professional experience in automotive or comparable high-voltage product/system development, with strong exposure to cross-discipline engineering and product delivery
3. At least 4 years of experience as technical project lead, product technical manager, system lead, senior systems engineer or comparable role in high-voltage product development; experience across concept, development, validation and industrialization phases is required
4. Experienced in functional leadership of cross-functional engineering teams and in steering experts across system, hardware, software, mechanical, validation, quality and manufacturing disciplines
5. Experience in international project teams and customer/supplier collaboration; ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in English
