IT Infrastructure senior engineer

Job Description

• Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize the enterprise IT infrastructure, including key systems such as servers, storage, networking, virtualization platforms, and cloud platforms.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux operating system environments to ensure stable and secure operations.
• Plan and maintain enterprise LAN/WLAN/WAN networks.
• Design and implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Plan, build, and manage the enterprise IT data center.
• Collaborate actively with the Global IT team to participate in IT project implementation and operations/maintenance tasks across regions.
• Work closely with all relevant local departments as well as the Information Security Manager (ISM).
• Support all relevant local projects to ensure information security compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and information security; 5–10 years of experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Windows Server and Linux operating systems, with capabilities in system deployment, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in the architecture design, deployment, and operations/maintenance management of mainstream cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• Proficient in the configuration and management of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, CAS) and mainstream storage systems (e.g., NetApp, OceanStor).
• Familiar with endpoint services solutions such as Citrix and Windows Terminal Server, with related deployment and maintenance experience.
