Foreign Trade Analyst

Execute import and export operations, ensuring legal compliance, logistical efficiency, and cost optimization, acting as a strategic link between the company and the international market.

• Plan, monitor, and execute import and export processes for products, raw materials, or services.
• Prepare, review, and control customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, licenses).
• Negotiate with suppliers, international clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Coordinate international logistics (sea, air, and road), ensuring deadlines and cargo integrity.
• Monitor logistical and tax costs, proposing improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations (Customs, health authorities, trade agreements).
• Use systems such as Siscomex and ERP platforms for foreign trade management.
• Track global market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
• Use systems such as Siscomex, ONESOURCE Global Trade (OSGT) and ERP platforms for foreign trade management.
• Support audits and prepare management reports for leadership.

• Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes, tariff classification, and foreign exchange operations.
• Expertise in import/export processes and international logistics.
• Proficiency in foreign trade systems (Siscomex, ERP).
• Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• AEO(Authorized Economic Operator), Drawback,  Duimp and Ex-Tariff knowledge
