Responsabilități
Coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure that goals are met;
Ensure that products meet established quality standards;
Manage resources and materials to avoid waste and optimize production;
Train and develop the production team to improve their skills and performance;
Ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations;
Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize production disruptions;
Cerințe
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience with various types of machinery and tools required for production.
- Knowledge of production planning and control.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Focus on continuous improvement and quality control.
