Project Management Intern
Your tasks
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our project management team by assisting with the coordination, planning, and execution of various projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while developing your professional skill set in a collaborative corporate environment.
- Support in PM organization for implementation and monitoring of development procedures and methods
- Set up and drive implementation of small-size projects and ECRs (engineering change requests) as defined by the specification documentation
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
- Assign work packages to development project team members and ensure proper execution with the support of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Help coordinate and manage project tasks, risks, and deliverables
- Analyze data as required, with the support of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Track and report project progress
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Your profile
- Final year student or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Technical Sciences, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, advanced user of MS Office suite
- Ability to understand project documentation
- Good problem-solving skills
- Initiative-driven with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer oriented
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Acting as a Project Manager Assistant (or in a similar role) in multidisciplinary teams in a tech field
- Collaborating with remote teams
- Basic understanding of production processes in the automotive industry
- Basic understanding of automotive standards and methodologies
- Experience using JIRA or a similar ticketing system
- German language communication abilities
- Usage of AI tools in the project management area
