Responsabilități
Department
▪ Broad knowledge of respective area
▪ Consulting function for group manager
▪ (Technical) presentation in own dept/project team
▪ Low impact on decision making
Training
▪ Train new employees and function as mentor
▪ Internal trainer for group (fulfill internal trainer criteria) --> Three Star Trainer (20 training hrs per year, average score per course: 75)
▪ Receive training internally or externally and pass on knowledge to dept or group State-of-the-art knowledge▪ Securing state-of-the-art knowledge for own area/field
▪ Receiving training in related field
General
▪ Source for new ideas to achieve solutions in area of expertise (e.g. sourcing internally: intranet (ContiPedia) or other locations websites; sourcing externally: magazines, committees, fairs, etc.)
▪ Networking to establish contacts in order to broaden knowledge and for knowledge transfer internally
Design
▪requirement analysis
▪feasibility study
▪structure design/ tolerance calculation
▪release data / drawing/BOM
▪parts approval
Cerințe
- Education / Certification: Bachelor degree or higher in related area
- Professional Experience:(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)> 3 years of working experiences; 2yrs working experiences in respective field at Conti or other company
- Project and/or Process Experience: Broad and deep knowledge in respective area
