Automotive Transport Management Specialist (m/f/div)
Responsabilități
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sibiu. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.
- Definition of requirements, execution and implementation of truck freight tenders with focus Europe
- Investigate, develop and implementation of mitigation concepts on freight costs
- Develop and implement projects / KPI to improve sustainability regarding transport related processes with Plants
- Develop and implement new standards, systems and tools
- AI and digitalization / automation of freight related processes
- Dashboard improvements and extension
- Identification and analysis of synergies and cost reduction potentials on existing transport routes
- Definition of alternative transport scenarios in the existing transport network
- Use software to investigate transport network optimization to reduce transport costs
- Escalation support
Cerințe
- Bachelor / Master in Economics, Business Administration or comparable Studies;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Transportation Logistics
- Fluent in English
- Excel – advanced
- KNIME / PowerBI - advanced
- Structured and autonomous way of work
- Intercultural competence and communication skills
- Teamwork skills
