2026 C.DRIVE Trainee
Your tasks
During your 24-months (8+8+8) traineeship, you will work on different project assignments in different Business Ares and Functions or locations, which will enhance your functional knowledge and soft skills.
Assignments on business areas will help you to get a broad insight into the organization from different perspectives. You will get to know core elements of work within our different departments and will as well notice the departments’ commitment for the development of young and talented employees.
You will experience how our departments cooperate and collaborate together throughout the AUMOVIO group and you will have the chance to contribute to current value adding sales tasks and projects – guided by experienced colleagues, experts and mentors.
Your profile
Education
- Excellent Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent English (additional language beneficial)
Practical Experience
- At least 6 months of practical experience internships or projects in an industrial related working field is preferred
- Fresh graduates or max 2 years of working experience in respective functions
