Responsabilități
- Setting strategic direction and driving market growth, ensuring that ANS China goals are in line with market needs.
- Target with business result orientation with strong customer approaching skills
- Make sure operation excellence for large/complex product development and customer delivery
- Product portfolio development to define a best fit for customers with good insights to the dynamic market
- Definition of module approach together with other PLx /BAx in China market.
- Local team setup and competence ramp up(slave TRx, CPD, KS)
- Effective collaboration with good cost synergy with partner for win-win solutions
- Cost improvement with local solutions for legacy products for RFR, Antenna, Fob to safeguard the marketing position
- Build up the strong and trust engineering intimacy with key customer to maintain long term relationship with sustainable business
- Identify and manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implement projects
- Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation
Cerințe
- OEMs working experience to help local engineering team to match OEMs' high competition environment
- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science/Software Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in system delivery projects in automotive industrial., Minimum 8 years Engineering team management experience
- Prior experiences on managing and leading vehicle body/access/infotainment project(s).
- Solid experience in engineering team management, project management, solution planning or delivery
- Strong technical background and project management skill
- Strong experience / knowledge in both typical automotive V-cycle development methodology as well as Agile / iterative methods
- Excellent OEM facing, negotiation and communication skills, Must have strong English communication skills
