UX_Project Manager

This position leads and manages automotive projects within defined time, budget, and quality parameters. They ensure customer satisfaction and the economic success of the product throughout its lifecycle. Acting as an entrepreneur within the organization, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project goals and establish project organization.
• Select and manage project team members.
• Monitor progress, budget, and risks; implement corrective actions.
• Represent the project in customer and supplier meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster teamwork.
• Apply change and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.

• プロジェクト目標の設定と組織体制の構築
• プロジェクトチームメンバーの選定と管理
• 進捗、予算、リスクの監視と是正措置の実施
• 顧客・サプライヤーとの会議でのプロジェクト代表
• ステークホルダーの期待管理とチームワークの促進
• 変更管理・リスク管理の戦略適用
• 社内プロセス・基準の遵守

• More than 3 years of PM experience in the automotive industry, including end‑to‑end leadership of at least one project.
• Experience with in‑vehicle electronic components
  Experience with displays or semiconductors is highly welcomed.
• Japanese: Fluent level
• English: Business level

• 自動車業界における3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  （1つのプロジェクトを一貫してリードした経験を含む）
• 車載電子部品の経験
  ※ディスプレイや半導体に関する経験があれば歓迎
• 日本語：Fluentレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
  日々の英語会議に支障がなく、技術的なトピックについて英語で円滑にコミュニケーションできること
