Internship - New Product Launch (NPL)
Your tasks
- Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product introductions.
- Assist in product validation, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product readiness.
- Analyze technical data and contribute to risk assessments and process improvements.
- Help coordinate pilot runs, production trials, and launch readiness reviews.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with product development processes and engineering documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bonus: Experience with CAD tools, project management software, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
