1. Handle customer complaint, 0Km & Field returns, analyse, improve and report
2. Make inspection standard (including appearance standard) for new product
3. Make inspection standard and check record for product audit
4. Implement product audit monthly and make action plan for defect found
5. Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result
6. Take part in PFMEA creation and audit
7. Create and update process control plan
8. Create and update product audit instruction after final test

1. Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
2. 0-2 years of working experiences in the respective area;
3. Electronic quality analysis and testing;
4. Experience in R&D
