Internship for Advanced Purchasing Team - Purchasing (TM)
Your tasks
- Support for Production Material Purchasing Department in different projects;
- Support for sourcing process: analyze offers, prepare negotiation, support supplier communication etc.)
- Support for Vendor Master Data maintenance and Vendor information maintenance;
- Involved in administrative tasks;
- Support for the team in various Purchasing activities (RMT tracking, different KPI reports tracking, documents creation and various data analysis, involved in long term strategy, attend negotiation, contracts creation etc.);
- Involvement in communication between AUMOVIO’s suppliers and Internal customers;
- Frequently used tools: Microsoft Office, SAP, and other specific PUR tools.
Your profile
- Is enrolled in a Master Program or is still in University but his/her schedule allows him/her to work 6 or 8h/day;
- Is eager to develop and learn more about purchasing department;
- Proactive attitude, initiative and is self driven;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Has strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
