Internship for HR Team (TM)

This position is ideal for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, learn the foundations of HR operations, and collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling;
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience;
• Support employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts, career page updates, and participation in university events;
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards;
• Contribute to HR projects in areas like learning & development, employee engagement, and internal communications;
• Help organize HR events, workshops, and team activities;
• Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team depending on business needs;

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
• Strong interest in recruiting and HR topics;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism;
• Good command of MS Office; experience with HR tools is a plus;
• Fluent in English.
