The group Production Planning (PP & APO) within the Automotive IT Competence Center Business Applications Planning (ITCA BA PL) is responsible in the areas of master data maintenance, short term production planning and manufacturing execution.  We are currently looking for a Production Planning and APO Consultant to support us in the following tasks:
 
• Conduct system analysis and provide relevant system configuration (customizing) related to PP/APO
• Participate and execute the required activities during the different phases/milestones of project implementation: fit-gap blueprint design, realization, UAT, cutover and hypercare
• Coordinate business requirements and define concepts/solutions for the relevant business processes together with global competence center, local management and key-Users
• Coordination and Training of key users and trainer
• Provide guidance to and shares knowledge with team relating to area of specialization
• Support of local departments and key users for implementation and release-upgrades
• Presentation and implementation of solutions
• Documentation of business processes and SAP functionality
• Ensure information flow between the competence center and local departments when launching new or changing business processes
• Support and define authorization concepts and create roles in SAP
• Provide second-level support of SAP-systems, analyze incident tickets and change requests, and apply preventive/permanent solutions
• Manage own workload to meet assigned deadlines
• Actively participate in company initiatives

지원자 프로필

The hired individual will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Advanced Planning Optimizer (APO) solutions, change management & technology initiatives. 

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2+ full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations for module PP and service management or other logistical modules
• Essential skills and with a deep understanding of Production Planning operations/business challenges & must be able to translate them into solutions
• With manufacturing experience and business process knowledge, highly preferred
• Possess basic project management skills, including scoping, business requirement evaluation, issue, and risk management
• Knowledge of APO production optimization with PP/DS module is a plus
• Configuration skills in PP are mandatory 
•  APO configuration desired
• With strong integration knowledge of other SAP ERP logistics modules 
• Able to evaluate and produce technical documentation
 • Fast learner, with cross-cultural experience; has proven assertiveness and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel, 10-20% of travel is required

The following skills and experiences will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of business processes and configuration in SAP logistics module, including relevant interfaces (ie APO, MES, API, etc)
• Basic integration knowledge in other SAP functional areas within the Supply Chain Management modules
• Business process experience or background in a relevant manufacturing environment is desired
• Experience in basic SAP Authorization Management
