R&T System Test Manager

1. Manage system test activities in Zone Controller product, incl. but not limited to validation timeline, resource, risk, cost and quality control.

2. Define and adapt validation strategy on SYS test level based on SW delivery plan and change points.

3. Define Automation solution based on product specific needs

4. Review test case based on requirement, user story and track test coverage traceability.

5. Lead validation development, which is precondition of project delivery, e,g, HIL construction, test automation development, validation process improvement

6. Cross domain/teams/department/stakeholders' communication to establish strong partnership and collaboration to achieve project validation scope delivery.

7. Defect management, incl. defect uploading, analyzing, evaluation on result of test case.

8. Manage SyR/CR in maintenance phase.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar

2. At least 2 years of experience in test management or technical project management roles in Automotive electronics.

3. Excellent system understanding in vehicle communication like CAN/CAN FD, Lin/Ethernet/Diagnostics etc.

4. Be familiar with Cyber security, FSM, OTA, SOC, AUTOSAR and vehicle body domain functions (e.x PASE, BCM, Gateway etc)

5. Good knowledge and experience in requirement and test engineering methods and tools (especially Doors, CANoe…)

6. Strong self-driven to work efficient and lead project team for issue solving and continuous improvement.

7. Strong ability to convince people

8. Very good communication skills towards team members, 3rd party suppliers and the customer

9. Fluent level in written and oral English and Chinese

10. Good intercultural sensitivity
