Technical Project Leader (TPL)
담당 업무
1. Lead and coordinate the technical development team
2. Ensure successful execution of all tasks of product development within the scope of the functional quality, time and cost objectives as agreed with the customer
3. Prepare and maintain detailed technical project plans in alignment with project manager and engineering disciplines
4. Support the definition of technical concepts
5. Coordinate technical quotations by estimating R&D efforts and material costs
6. Monitor and control engineering budget, development milestones, deliverables and resources
7. Collect, negotiate and maintain technical customer requirements
8. Lead technical risk assessments and implement lessons learned / best practices
9. Support project status reporting with complete R&D inputs
10. Provide input for technical product strategy
11. Act as technical interface towards customers
지원자 프로필
1. Master's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or Communications Engineering .etc
2. 5 years' experience in the automotive industry
3. 3 years' experience as product engineering team member in the automotive industry
4. At least 1-year experience in a major project, e.g. ZCU, HPC. etc.
5. Ability to lead and moderate internal meetings and meetings with suppliers or customers
6. Strong technical background and leadership skills and ability to keep focus while under pressure
7. Native Chinese speaker
8. Fluent in English & Chinese
